Tasks

The teams will consist of three elements and each of them will have to have a name of a Portuguese navigator.

1st task: Elaborate a short biography of Infante D. Henrique.

2nd task: Elaborate a chronology on the main discoveries in this first phase of the discoveries, under the guidance of Infante D. Henrique.

3rd task: Discover the name of the first great obstacle that the Portuguese had to overcome on the African west coast, in 1434.

4th task: Elaborate a list with the names of the islands that constitute the largest archipelago rediscovered during the Henrique period.

5th task: Explain the meaning of the rose of the winds.
